IOS Office Solutions guarantees your copier or facsimile an annual average up-time of 97%. Up-time is defined as machine able to produce a copy.

IOS Office Solutions guarantees to provide a loaner for any copier or facsimile requiring shop repair at the same rate per copy the customer currently receives.

IOS Office Solutions guarantees service response time within the metro area on any down copier or facsimile in 4 hours or less!!

IOS Office Solution's commitment doesn't stop there. We back our guarantee with a $100.00 credit to you if we're late. ($50.00 credit on general line copiers and facsimiles.)
